GE Brilliant Career Lab Manager of Instruction
The Fab Foundation

Fab Foundation is seeking a Manager of Instruction for the GE Brilliant Career Lab (BCL) project. The BCL Manager of Instruction will be responsible for the overall operation of the GE BCL and the development of programs and services, which meet the needs of 9-12 students, faculty, staff, and school community partners. S/He will serve as a master teacher and instructional leader, and be responsible for lesson development, and deploying the BCL lessons and delivering them to students. Primarily focused on high schools, the BCL program supports course work, career-related activities as well as after-school experiences and the occasional weekend event. The BCL Manager of Instruction will work with teachers to integrate BCL lessons and activities into the school curriculum through lab visit preparation and professional development and training. S/He will also support partnering organizations and the BCP Manager of Instruction, with the integration of other BCL program features including online resources and posting lessons to the SCOPES-DF website. Serve as a Fab Foundation representative and maintain engagement in the community with various partners and at events.

Digital Fabrication Lab Coordinator

The Fab Foundation Lab Coordinator will work with the Program Manager and Managers of Instruction for the BCP and BCL. The position is full-time and will operate during school hours from Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday and evening events.

Community Manager Assistant- Communications Job
The Fab Foundation

We are looking for a Community Manager Assistant to assist with our online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty. The Community Manager Assistant will be responsible for aligning Fab Foundation’s communications, social media, and newsletter content to create a strong brand identity. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep interest in communication, as well as an interest in design and social media, stay on top of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker.
